The benefits include decreased pain and inflammation, release of tight and sore muscles, increased flexibility and range of motion, and improvement of circulation. It can also calm the nervous system to alleviate stress, improve posture, coordination, and prevent future chronic pain conditions.

Swedish Massage (45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes)

A full-body tension relief massage designed to relax the entire body by using long gliding strokes to increase blood flow and oxygen levels in the blood, and decrease toxins in the muscle. This allows for the circulation to improved, resulting in less tension in the muscles for more flexibility and pliability. Pressure is based on client request.

Focuses on the health of the mother and her baby by reducing overall stress to the body through a massage technique designed to relieve symptoms of pregnancy including muscle tension, backaches, headaches, tight neck, fatigue, leg cramps, and edema or swelling. Permission from clients' doctor is required prior to this procedure.
